We went to the mall today and had a complete father/daughter day. Ears pierced, fancy lunch, and then a new hair style. Like I've told her repeatedly, it pays to get good grades.

We went to the circus yesterday...
Circus Gatti, now also known around our house as Circus Crappy. I swear, 50% of the time they were doing mini informercials on all of the souvenir crap that they were selling. I remember as a kid when they were setting up for the next act, the clowns would come out and entertain. Not so with these guys, setup time meant sales pitch time. Ugh. $8 for a 20 second elephant ride, $4 for a tiny bag of popcorn, $6 for cotton candy.
